Supported by Singapore's Temasek Lifesciences Accelerator (TLA), Allegro Aqua is a company that breeds naturally-selected sea bass off the coasts of Singapore. Their sea bass boasts increased growth rates, disease resistance, great taste and nutritional benefits. Several restaurants in Singapore serve Allegro Aqua's sea bass as part of their menu.
