Onryo is a supernatural puzzle-adventure game, designed for the PC, that received Silver for the 2011 Crowbar Awards. In the game, the player steps into the shoes of a princess in medieval Japan.

The twist is that, unlike most games involving the supernatural, the protagonist is not a human, but a vengeful spirit. Once a princess, she now seeks vengeance upon those responsible for killing her, using her newfound supernatural powers to possess people and manipulate situations. The player guides her through a variety of places in medieval Japan, helping her piece together the mystery of her murder without being exorcised.
